Be careful what you wish for

I have been taking dance lessons for a few months now, and tonight was my first performance in a dance show on a proper big stage. Take a look at this video. I'm the one looking at my feet alot. (Daddy apologizes for the video quality, but he couldn't take a video camera in so he had to be sneaky and use the video function on the camera!)

6 is for lego.....

Matthew turned 6 last week, and it was all about lego. This is the first birthday he read all his cards..

Birthday outing

For our combined birthdays mommy and daddy took us to disneyland, not just for one day but two! We got to stay in a hotel next to disneyland, and have a special dinner in goofy's kitchen where the characters come to your table. I was a bit shy of goofy at first, but then mommy says the characters couldn't get away because i was talking to them so much. We had such a good time :)

My party

It was my year for a party, which Matthew got used to reluctantly, and Saturday was the day......a dress up party for some of my best friends.

We played party games, like pin the glass slipper on cinderella's foot...

Birthday girl

I turned 3 last week. No big surprise.....pink, princess, dolls and books were the order of the day :)

Election Day

Matthew and I were pretending to be at a voting station. Here are matthew's two votes. Daddy said he was balanced and fair.

Truckee

Matthew and I just got back from a nice long weekend in Truckee, visiting Grandpa and Grandma Cannings. It rained pretty much the whole time, but it was dry for trick and treating :)

Enid comes to stay

Last week Enid came to stay with us for a vacation. She had my pink bed, and I slept in Matthew's room on his trundle...very fun. Enid really did live our life for 10 days.....
