OK, so i go to dance every week, and am currently practicing my routines for a ballet and tap show in January. Here are my costumes I love my pretty ballet outfit!

Where's Meghan

You maybe wondering where I have been. Lately, this blog seems to be all about Matthew. Daddy says this is not a true reflection of life around here, because I am usually at the center of most things. Miss Meghan and all that! So I've told Daddy that I'm not posting anything more until he has some stuff about me.....stay tuned.

Riding his bike

It suddenly dawned on daddy this week that matthew turns 7 in a month and still hadn't ridden a bike without training wheels. So this weekend was it.

Maybe it helps to be older and to balance better.....not bad for 45 mins worth of work. Phew....he can now ride without shame:)

under 8 soccer season

Matthew's team this year is called the 'Fireballs'. Matthew is number 6, which is the same number he was in soccer and baseball last year. That's three 6's in a row.... Anyways, here is a typical soccer outing for matthew - not much touching the ball, but he likes being part of the team.

Matthew's award day

So my big brother got a surprise today. Mommy, daddy and me surprised him at his first assembly because he got an Eagle of the Month award for his first grade class. This award is for all round academic performance. (The eagle is the school mascot). We're all so proud of him. (Sorry for the quality of the picture, but mommy forgot her big camera. The video is from daddy's phone. The sound is good, but he wasn't standing too close.....too many parents and kids!)

Fortunately the dude got a haircut after school...bit shaggy!


Oh....and why are so many people wearing purple? Well Friday at Valencia Elementary school is 'School Pride Day', and purple is the school color.
